Because the American voting public(?) has given, and is allowing a select few PARTY members the power to govern and control this nation, and without strong opposition from a significant portion of the population, it is therefore appropriate to declare Congressional representatives not in the "PARTY" as irrelevant, and to dissolve and re-align the leadership favorable to the PARTY and the welfare of its' members.
The PARTY now communicates directly with the people through the internet and the special interest groups geared specifically to shape and promote its' agenda and the needs of the people.
The PARTY is now holding a new kind of online town hall where it will answer the [selected] questions you submitted and voted on for the President.
